We offer both liquid treatment and bait systems.  Only the highest quality termiticides and bait systems are used.  Bait stations are checked quarterly unless conditions warrant more frequent checks.  Bait system warranties are renewable for life.

Wood infestation reports are normally done upon the sale of a property.   Although we can usually do an inspection and report upon short notice, we recommend having the report done at a least a week prior to the closing in order to allow time for a technician to complete a treatment, if necessary. 

Moisture contributes to problems with termites and insects.  We can recommend and install equipment to prevent moisture based on your particular circumstances.
